Converse Double Lace How Do I Lace Up

A Christmas Recipe - Vegetarian Minestrone

Our team Christmas party last year was a particularly pleasant experience. With a total of 12 colleagues, we have made in Cooking Club Darmstadt a cooking course on Mediterranean cuisine. When cooking together a total of 6 dishes we have had lots of fun and we also met by a private side.

The cooking studio was so nice to us all the recipes also make available printed and everything was very tasty without exception, was now a good opportunity to get nachzukochen one of the recipes. One of the dishes prepared by us was a Minestrone soup from Italy. Since she does not need any meat, it fits perfectly into my project this year is "less meat".

Before these tasty thick vegetable soup is created to do much Schnibbelarbeit.

1 zucchini 1 onion

2 carrots 2 potatoes 2 turnips

2 Staudenselleri and
150g beans are cut into small cubes or pieces. I also chop some sage leaves into thin strips.

The cooking itself is then a trifle. All of the diced vegetables and sage are placed in a large pot, added with 1 liter of vegetable stock to a boil, and then allowed the vegetables cook for about 20 minutes. During this time I have washed rice and 100g grated Parmesan something.

After 20 minutes, stirring the rice and the soup should simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and that's it. Highly suitable bachelor. The vegetables are cooked al dente but not intentionally very soft, so that a thick soup was born. draw

the soup on a plate and serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
